  Sat in the drive thru (not just this occasion, but multiple) for 30 minutes. Not only was the drive thru line not moving but the traffic coming into the parking lot to go around and get in the drive thru or to park was at a stand still as well. I called the restaurant to ask what was going on because I was very concerned seeing as I could not move my vehicle to get out of the drive thru line much less to safety, and a gentleman answered the phone and after I asked what was going on, he told me he was short staffed and only had 2 people working. This is a common occurrence here, I’ve even used a mobile order and waited 20 plus minutes for my food to come to my vehicle, every other time it being incorrect as well. If you’re on a lunch break or in a hurry, this is far from fast food… do not waste your time. And may I add as well, I when I finally got to the first window to provide my payment, I sat there for about 15 minutes and NO ONE come to take my card, so instead of holding the already long line up further, I proceeded to pull to the next window. The gentleman asked me if I had paid yet and I told him no, I waited 15 minutes at the window for someone to take my payment and no one ever showed so I proceeded to pull forward to keep the everlong line moving… guy took my card and had to walk BACK to the first window to run it. And these people want $18 an hour but can’t even show up to work.

  Long wait time in drive through without acknowledgment

  Received wrong item, no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, took more than 5 minutes to get a response at the drive through box. I will look for other similar places nearby before going here in the future.

  Will give you what they want to give you instead of telling you upfront that they're out of what you asked for. Manager had a rude tone when I asked for it to be changed and apparently, miraculously, they were out of my original ask and the back up too. I don't care if it's just the sauce if you're out of what a customer requests you let them know and accommodate instead of doing what you want to do with their order.
