Order a good 30 minutes before we leave the house, and they still do not have it ready. I still have to wait a good 20 minutes. Today ordered food through the drive thru and they didn’t have the order verified the address (rudely) yes correct place. Went inside still couldn’t find the order. After 20 minutes of searching they finally said “oh we’ll just fill it.” Fine. Then calls the order don’t have a receipt so don’t know the number have to go ask and they catch attitude. So I highly recommend not going to this McDonald’s. Never really review fast food places but this on is just unreal. They acted like I was being super hard. The order was very simple.

On October 25th I was at the drive thru window which they were crowded, hence my asking for freshly cooked fries and freshly cooked nuggets would be worth the wait. Why not it’s my money and I paid for fresh cooked food. This is the second time I asked for fresh food and get my food it’s old and stale. Then when I call back to complain they never answered the phone. I don’t know who manages this particular McDonald but you need to seriously get your store in order. Even though this McDonald’s is 0.4 miles from my house I will never spend another dime there. I will drive to the vestavia store where every single time I’ve been there my food was fresh .
