My husband went inside where he was waiting on the online order and people were coming inside and placing orders and getting them. Eventually someone came out and asked my husband what he was waiting on and he said his online order. They got it but put the ticket to the side. Like really. What’s the point of an online order if you’re not even going to make it. Then of course they didn’t have one of the doughnuts which doesn’t break my heart but you really should have a way to disable product you’re out of so nobody orders them. I know mcdys does. Either way someone to wait 30 mins for an online order is past ridiculous. Do better and don’t write generic responses like thanks for bringing it to our attention. You guys already know this is an issue. Just work on it and do better.

Every time we go, we are met with a horrible attitude and told that they don’t have anything we want even though we can see plenty of doughnuts on the racks in the back. It’s a bunch of bratty Hoover kids and “adults” working there and they couldn’t care any less about doing their jobs.

I was already a little disappointed because the selection was so limited, however, an hour before close, it's to be expected. I placed an online order. When we got to the speaker, the worked seemingly irate and impatient told us to pull around. With no greeting or any words at all, he handed us our food, hasitly closed the window, and walked away. He was extremely hostile and most definitely did not seem happy to be there. We don't live near a KK, so this is a rare treat for us. Working in food management myself, I would want to be aware if I had an employee with such an awful attitude working for me. He was a light skinned young man, 18-20, working around 10 p.m. on 10/11/25. I hope that you guys can find someone to better represent your long standing brand.
