  When checking out with a credit card, there is no option to give zero tip. The machine forces you to give at least 15%. Why the hell am I tipping people for taking my money?? AND THIS WAS DRIVE THROUGH!! on top of that, it's a mediocre sandwich. This is a dishonest practice and I will not participate.

  Was told after paying they could not toast one of my sandwiches, I asked why not and was told it's policy. Had I been told before purchasing I cannot toast it I would have went somewhere else. The quality of ingredients were fine, but cold.

  “Freaky fast” more like “freaky SLOW”. This is the SLOWEST location and I don’t understand why. They don’t seem to be understaffed but It always takes 15 minutes+ to get a sandwich
