The young lady working the window was busy preparing food. While I watched the manager, tall young man and a young lady with glasses walk over without offering assistance. Once the manager spoke his "apology" was we were busy and sorry that inconvenienced you. As if I didn't watch him and others see and not care to just open the window and pass the food out.

I had to throw away the rest after finding meat. Not going back to Chipotle after this. Next morning I had severe food poisoning. Potentially because the ingredients (sofrita, cheese) were not properly stored and became contaminated by evening time.
