I’m not one to leave reviews like that but when it’s over and over again, it’s time for something to be said. We placed our pick up order for 6:00 pick up. We arrived at 5:55 and sat at the window for 20 minutes for them to fix a burrito, salad bowl and 3 kids meals. We watched as the workers casually talked and hung out like there was no hurry at all. Never once coming back to the window or even look our way at all. To top it off, there was only rice in one of the kids meals… no quesadilla at all. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. It’s nearly every time.

The young lady working the window was busy preparing food. While I watched the manager, tall young man and a young lady with glasses walk over without offering assistance. Once the manager spoke his "apology" was we were busy and sorry that inconvenienced you. As if I didn't watch him and others see and not care to just open the window and pass the food out.
