    KERRIGAN AND DONIELLE ARE THE BEST!! they were super sweet and ready to help me with everything that I wanted for my recent order. I can’t wait to come back again and see those two bright lovely Girls!

    Laurelle was so incredibly kind & attentive. My baby fell asleep right when my pickup order was ready and she not only brought my food out to me, but when back in to fill up my drink so my baby could rest. Above and beyond and it just made my day! Thank you for incredible service & yummy food!

    I don’t too much come here but I was craving it today ! & I must say, the customer service- the staff made me feel welcomed. They were patient. They were kind. They asked all the right qs to make sure I got exactly what it was that I wanted. 5 Starsssss !!!!! Thank You Cava- Hoover 🙏🏾 I will be back. Keep up the wonderful customer service and support.

    I had the most amazing service today at the Hoover store. My server was Larry. He greeted me with the best attitude. He even asked me how I was doing. He did rush me and even asked had I tried all the proteins Cava offered. He was a burst of good energy. I hope you all appreciate your employees. But most of all I pray you all tell them and reward them for a job well done!!!

    I've always been going to cava, i would go to the montgomery location at zelda rd all the time till they opened the hoover location. This location is awesome too, the food is the best. I really enjoy the regular chicken and harissa chicken. If you know what is what and what you are getting, the price is very affordable. The chicken shawarma was delicious, Larry let me try a sample of it. I think that's what I'm going to be ordering from now on... my sister didnt like it but I did.
