  Actually the worst pickup I’ve ever seen. The cook line assembling bowls is largely just going back and forth to refill their stations. 15+ people standing and not a single order actually filled in over 10 minutes. While they refill stations the half completed bowls just sit with meat getting cold.

  Larry has amazing customer service !!!He made sure I was happy and satisfied with my pick up order .. I didn’t know their harissa chicken was sold out as well as grilled chicken (stated online )and I had to replace my protein once I got there . He made recommendations and it was a great decision . Even offered to make me a fresh bowl even though the one I had was fine was just missing protein . The staff was really nice even the girl @the pickup station because she didn’t know if I could get a refund .

  Listen I don't know if this happens to everyone but every since I tried this cava location I have not been able to stop going!!! I don't know if it's the management and staff or the food (probably both)but but this feels like stopping buy a friends place for a bite to eat !!! You don't have be like me and go like 10 times in the last 2 weeks !!!... I do recommend that you try it for yourself!! You Will not be disappointed. Ps : I'm not joking about the 10 times in the last two weeks .... I'm hooked send help!!! Lol

  I love CAVA. It used to be one of my favourite restaurants. I am not going to be coming back. I ordered my usual bowl that I get every time. I ordered on the app. My bowl came out to be $18. Very pricy but I appreciate the fact that the food Is healthier and they give decent portions. I received my bowl with none of the selected proteins. I had selected 3 proteins and did not receive a single one. Unfortunately I was not able to inform a staff member because of I had simply picked up my bag and gone home. (And yes the order seemed to be ready because the bowl was sealed and the bag was pushed to the front). When I tried to report this- I got directed to the CAVA website where it asked for my order ID, which should have been either in an email or on the receipt. I did not receive any email nor a receipt with ANY type of numbers on it. The order ID was also not found when I tried to look at my order receipt through the app. I have received missing toppings before and let it slide- however I paid a lot of money for my meal to not contain the main ingredients. Very very disappointed. Will not be coming back
