They even rolled their eyes at the order when they realized how big it was and we were sitting right in front of them. At 1:30pm they had not started the second order until we asked them to. The staff had no sense of urgency and the number of people that were also waiting for over an hour was unbelievable. All the smoothies will be melted by the time we get them to the group. You shouldn't take an order if you can't fulfill it. They didn't offer any concession for their bad service. I have never experienced this type of service for a group order. We didn't get the whole order until 1:50pm.
