  The absolute worst location to go to especially at night. I had a mobile order at 10:41pm got to restaurant at 11:05pm and did not get the burger until 11:41pm and on top of that they gave me a quarter pounder with nothing but mayo. The employee still had the audacity to say you didn’t have to do all that from me saying hello a few times and knocking on drive thru window then grabbing the order quickly when they finally decided to do their job. There were three people I saw from the window and it took 40 minutes for one quarter pounder that had nothing but mayo. Complete lack of responsibility and awareness in the way they act and do their work. I spent more on gas waiting than the price of the order itself. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT . This was my third visit and it’s always a 20 minute wait or more at night. What really pissed me off about the whole experience is there was no one behind me and no one in front of me for them to use the excuse of them being busy. Night shift hates their job want they sure make it obvious by making you hate the restaurant to never go back.

  Ordered two cheese burgers. Got home only one had meat. Two buns stuck together!!!!!!!!

  My food was made incorrectly after having to wait an honestly ridiculous amount of time, and this is not the first time that Ive had subpar service

  My spiritual mother is in love with the new Mac Arch.. Love the manager.. Supervisor totally amazing. We always come here..

  Stale buns, rude to customers, charges for sauces even if it comes with your meal. They have a sign that says” no loitering, you have 30 minutes to consume your food”.
