    Rude employees that mumble. You say thank you and the drive thru window shuts without even a second thought. They are always having tech issues. Exact cash or card only. A billion dollar company and you can't get your register to work and have to use calculators? And who doesn't have Dr. pepper??? Need to teach them how to actually be in customer service. I know they are tired. I myself am in customer service but I gotta take it till that open light shuts off. Need training in speaking clearly, look like they actually are grateful to have a job, and have some humanity by acknowledging the customer, me, always saying thank you, appreciate it, no worries, etc etc. instead of listening to it like I owe it to them. Need overhaul ok drive thru staff. Don't even want to know what in lobby is like and I don't care too because of just seeing how miserable they are at the drive thru. Training in customer service, SPEAKING CLEARLY, and not just robotic antics, but robots with rudeness installed on the side...FAKE IT TILL U MAKE IT EMPLOYEES OF THIS SPOT!!!

    This store always gets orders wrong and it so slow. They really ruined my day with their terrible service. Everytime I go in there's an entirely new crew. They are uncooperative and terrible. And on top of that McDonald's has raised their prices so high it's the same price as going to any other burger place. McDonald's is really one of the worst restaurants of the decade at this point.

    Worst McDonalds ever manager has a nasty attitude and my food is repeatedly missing I will never come back to this location after today manager needs to fix her damn attitude and put a smile on her face!

    9am. 6 employees sitting at tables,no customers in the lobby,placing their orders through another employee. Womens bathroom was disgusting. No toliet paper,no paper towels. Placed my order before coming in and attempting to use the restroom and still waiting for 10 minutes for my order.

    Ordered from the drive through. orderd a quarter pounder, a mcrispy a hot honey chicken sandwich and a 10 peice mcnugget did not receive one of the sandwiches. Went back to the store they took the old food back upon request due to it getting cold and they remade the order and then did not give us the chicken nuggets. But gave us the dipping sauce. What is going on. I worked in fast food for several years I understand mistakes happen but everytime I come here there's always food missing. So I have to wonder where exactly is that food going? And why can these people not seem to understand how to do their jobs.
