- AMAaron ManvilleFeb 13, 20261.0Walked in to to buy a chocolate frosted with sprinkles and a glazed doughnut for snack and noticed one of the employees sitting on one of the prep tables with his shoes which were crocs off his feet absolutely disgusting and I’m pretty sure that’s a health code violation plus the employee was talking to someone either on the phone or in the back in an obnoxiously loud voice , and I know this location can do better than this !

Today I asked the lady politely if she could fill it up the rest of the way, and she looked at me like I asked for her first born child lol. She didn't argue but handed it to me like I said something offensive after filling it up. I don't think getting a full cup when I pay $5 for a coffee is too much to ask.

The problem was making initial contact - they don't answer the phone so you gotta make a trip in (the hot chocolate box was not an option online). But once you make contact they're great!!!
