  The coffee is fine but the service is terrible. People taking orders were rude and disingenuous and with the slow wait times not a single “sorry for the wait” or “thank you was said”. And be prepared to wait a long time, incredibly slow. If you want 7 brew I would say go to the one off of Montclair road, for better service, shorter waits and baristas who can make a good coffee in less then 20 minutes.

  If you're an early morning coffee drinker, may want to stop by Starbucks or Dunkin which almost share parking lots with 7 Brew on Lakeshore. They claim to open at 5:30 a.m. Last week, stopped at about 6:00 a.m. and they said it'd be about 10 minutes before coffee would be ready. Today pulled through at about 5:50 a.m. and had two cars ahead of me. Saw two staff inside but never saw anycome out to a car. I waited 7 minutes and never moved so I pulled off. I've been a couple of times before and enjoyed the coffee and service was good though there was quite a line. Just think they need to be ready to serve early risers like myself. I'm gonna go with SB or Dunkin.....where they've already had their first cup!

  I waited for an extended period of time and was behind the car that I pulled up with at the same time. Then, a female employee with short red hair and glasses came out and told me I had to move around from the rod behind cars that had arrived after I did. I told her I was pulling in and that it was my turn, but she tried to tell me that the other cars had arrived before me, even though they had not. In frustration, I just left and went to Starbucks. This interaction makes me never want to come to this location again because I was trying to get coffee and get my daughter to the doctor and she was going to make me move behind cars that were there after me. She tried to tell me they were there before me, but none of those cars were there when I pulled up and she was also not standing out there when I pulled up to know.
