  Girlfriend ordered online and specifically put no chicken because she doesn't eat meat. She picks it up and takes it home and it has her name on the bag but the bowl inside had a different name so it was swapped out accidentally. She goes back and asks politely if the worker can remake her bowl with the correct food options she picked when she placed her order. The worker went to the back of the store to make it, not in front of her, then comes back and tells her to sit down twice (so she can't see how he's making it). He gives her the bowl and she apologizes out of the kindness of her heart when none of it was her fault at all, he doesn't respond at all, and she comes back home and the bowl was still completely wrong and under the vegan protein and rice when she was eating, there was tons of chicken after she specifically told him she can't and doesn't eat meat. Absolute disgusting and disrespectful service and horrible tasting food. I urge all of you to never give this location any business, never seen such a lazy worker like him. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE!

  I have watch ed this location servings get smaller and smaller and smaller... And to the customer this is unfair because you order a bowl and they barely put any chicken in there, barely.... They barely put any cheese in on there barely Then I have to tell them put some more cheese and then I'm charged extra when they put next to no cheese. The serving is so small that when I asked for extra it looks like a normal surving... But to get what you're supposed to get You have to buy extra... And I'm not over exaggerating If you ever see the minimal serving that they do... The food didn't taste the same The chicken is so bland smh I mentioned this to the manager and The manager tried to give me a long explanation about why He thinks the serving is okay and he didn't see what was served?? Kind of like a long lecture in the line trying to embarrass me When I know I've been to Chipotle for years and what they're servings look like... Today April 16th 2026 Young people are not polite like my generation My generation understood it was customers first

  The food was generally pretty great, but the chips were stale (at least a day old) the staff were friendly and the store generally clean, except the bathroom it was filthy dirty.

  These folks got the worst attitudes to be working in fast food! Morning -afternoon shift all need to be replaced. I never have any issues with night crew.

  never come here. when the server was scooping my chicken, she started taking some of the chicken pieces off because she thought there were too many. and when i asked for a little bit of hot sauce, the server grabbed the whole ladle and dumped the hot sauce on my bowl. they are flippant of my directions and stingy.
