- CCCritina3 days ago5.0I came in on a rush today due to there being lots of kids from sports teams. They are handling it amazing! Kudos to the team that's working right now 4/25/26 @12:40 pm. Getting through that rush is hard but they're pushing through!! 😄

When I worked in McDonald's 45 years ago, we would give people their hot food in a bag that was folded once to keep the heat in. This is after we gave them whatever they ordered that was cold. This simple logic is lost on today's fast food worker.

I put in a mobile order and said I was there before I was bc I know this location is slow. And long story short, I told 4 employees I was missing 2 hash browns and 2 cold brews and waited 25 minutes, 3 said I’m sorry I’ll help you - and the proceed to not help and handle other orders ignoring me - I was snapped at by a manager “who would help me in a minute, bc she just got off break”. Once she did help I still had to fight to get the cold brews and just left without straws because I was over it.

Never have I had to wait 45+ min for my food or seen a location so chaotic behind the counter. I tried to cancel my order but was unable to. They need a management change. Never had a worse CFA experience than this one.
