- BRBeverly Rogers4 days ago1.0I went in and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order while the staff was standing around playing and on their phones finally got my order and went to fill my drink and the drink machine was nasty and had a dead roach bug on the counter so I went to tell the staff but again they were standing around playing I couldn't even get a manager. If I could have put a 0 I would have. They really need management there and staff that are more mature

- SHSt HeadrickFeb 25, 20261.0Everybody wants to blame the labor for the bad service, when in fact it is the Management's fault that this restaurant has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's that I've ever visited in my entire life. It's almost as if whatever you order does it matter to them, it's as if they throw whatever food in your bag they decide that you won't. The fries are always cold the burgers are always gross in the service is really horrible. This will be the last time that I spend my hard-earned money on feeding my family from this joke of what's called McDonald's in Henagar Alabama.
