- SHSt HeadrickFeb 25, 20261.0Everybody wants to blame the labor for the bad service, when in fact it is the Management's fault that this restaurant has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's that I've ever visited in my entire life. It's almost as if whatever you order does it matter to them, it's as if they throw whatever food in your bag they decide that you won't. The fries are always cold the burgers are always gross in the service is really horrible. This will be the last time that I spend my hard-earned money on feeding my family from this joke of what's called McDonald's in Henagar Alabama.
