  I put in my order at the speaker, and then other than telling me the total, not a word was said to me, nobody checked that they were giving me the correct order even though they can easily get out of order with two ordering lanes.

  This food was horrible. I bought a double cheeseburger and I paid five dollars for this small burger then it was cold

  They frequently get my orders wrong and their drive thru staff lack customer service skills. It is McDonald’s so I don’t expect much

  Our family went out last night to this McDonald’s. on February 27th. They were so kind. And had such a positive energy. It was clean, and they brought our food to us and asked us if we need anything. And heard that I was asking my boyfriend to grab me and the youngest some sauce. And they happily obliged to get some. The fries were hot and warm. And the kid loved the play place. The two women that were working last night were amazing.
