  I came today to get a drink from coworker and myself. The service was alright. I left with my two drink, however, the lid wasn’t properly sealed. Due to this, the whole contents of the drink spilled into my car. I had to turn around to get another one because it was for a coworker. I told them what happened and still had to pay. Unfortunately, I will never return to this location ever again. Starbucks would’ve made me another drink for free. The iced chai that I happen was good. However, it not that good to return to this location ever again.

  I just went through the drive-through and wanted a energy drink that is premade with certain flavors and the brewista Did not know that the flavors I was asking for are the ones that come in the premade drink that is on your menu. She was very nice, but even when the other brewista Came out to confirm that my drink was not supposed to have doubled the amount of syrup making it extra sweet. She said it was not supposed to be extra sweet but still overcharged me for the drink.

  I was so excited to get a 7Brew since I live 2 mins from here, but this 7Brew has been a let down 😭 every visit I’ve had either takes 15+ minutes or they get my drink wrong. The coffee is good (when they get your drink right) but make sure you have time for how long it’ll take you to get through line!

  I have waited in the line for a good 30mins every-time and there is possibly 10 cars in the line. Which has never been a problem at other locations. A lot of this location’s employees are very immature it seems about their job and very dumbfounded on what they are doing.

  I placed my order and when I got to the window to get my coffee, the person there read my order back to me and it wasn’t what I ordered. I don’t like sweet coffee and the order he read back to me was extra sweet so he said they’d remake it for me. The original coffee sat on the cart the entire time. He must have thought I wasn’t paying attention because a few minutes later he handed the original extra sweet coffee to me. I was going to pull back around and pay for another coffee but I think I just won’t be back.
