Much like someone else who left a review, I tried to contact the store through the app as well as through the restaurant's listed number and got no answer (but left a voicemail). I drove up to the store and explained to the young lady at the register what I was missing. The manager/shift lead (unsure of her role) was also in earshot of this exchange and did not make eye contact but just told the young lady to give me a sandwich. This is not the first time I've ordered delivery and had items missing from my order. There definitely should be more attention paid to checking orders before dispersing them. The fact that I paid for delivery, only a portion of my order was actually delivered, I had to get in my vehicle to drive to the restaurant just for a manager/shift lead to hear my issue and not even make eye contact or offer compensation is way below the Chickfila standard. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from here again.
