  I don't like to complain but I placed a mobile order and I got there like 5 minutes after it was ready. I guess someone else took it, but I stood there almost 20 minutes, and couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge me. They finally remade my order, but left out my nacho fry so I had to go back again. And then once we pulled out the parking lot, my boyfriend took a bite out of his cheesy bean and rice, and it was COLD. This store usually isn't this bad, but this visit was really just unpleasant

  We went through the drive through around 130am and the young lady on the speaker was less than helpful, they where out of all taco sauces besides fire and Diablo, weird, we checked our order before leaving and it looked right but when we got home to eat there was no beef on any of the food. Only veggies and beans. Better luck next time, because there will be a next time, it's Taco bell.

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive thru. Waited at least 10 min at order screen with no one in front waiting to pickup. Had to call the restaurant to get a response at order screen.

  Takes 20 minutes to get your order just for it to be messed up so not go here

  I gave a 100 dollar note and my bill was nine dollars and 74 cents and they gave me back 75 and refused to give me back the rest of the money saying that that's all you gave me. This is what my register says.
