I'm not sure what's wrong with this person but the last 2 times I've came to grab a milkshake later in the evening so around 8pm-ish. She is very rude when taking my order and when I get to the window. The first time it happened I just thought "you know shes's just having a bad day, it happens but doesn't mean be rude" so I let it go not a big deal everybody has bad days. the first time she was rude because there was a mix up with one of my food items and I was about to pay and I was just making sure I got the right item because the person when reading my order back said something different so when I got to the window I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted not a big deal so when I got to the window she just said my total and asked her for the right item she got pissy and shut the window without saying anything to me. All I needed was "yeah I'm sorry about that let me fix that for you" instead she was just rude and she snatched the bag and fixed it for me and was still very rude and I got my stuff and she didn't say anything else just let me pay and gave me my food and closed the window and I left I was kinda upset that she reacted that way but I just assumed she had a bad day whatever I dropped it. I went again last night to grab me and my boyfriend milkshakes and she was taking my order was very rude when I got to the window and again she just said my total not a "hey you're total is gonna be "blah blah" or a "hello" just shoved it in my face and closed the window. a couple minutes later a different person handed me my first milkshake and I was just waiting on my second one. I was waiting and she opened the window and just stared at me didn't ask me anything. so we were kinda just staring at each other til it hit me she is wondering why I'm still sitting here so I told her I was waiting on my last milkshake. she didn't say anything just closed the window and left and I told my boyfriend that it was the same girl that had been rude beforehand and I was kinda pissed. She finally gave us our last milkshake and told us to have a good night and she probably only said that because I said I was gonna write a review about this because I was upset about how rude she is and she was like standing outside the door where the drive thru is. it seemed like they were getting in trouble because the manager was kinda yelling. not loud but you could tell the manager wasn't happy about something and they were all deep cleaning so they probably failed a health inspection or something like that and she was like cleaning right outside the drive thru door. I work in a fast food place I understand that sometimes it can be a lot but I'm never rude to customers just because I feel like it. I always greet them with a simple "hello" and smile and I know that it may be stupid and you constantly have to fake it but that is apart of your job when it comes to dealing with the public but no one wants to be greeted with something rude. I was reading through some of these reviews and I'm not the only one that has experienced this

I recently visited this Sonic and I have mixed feelings about the experience. For the most part the food came out very fast and tasted amazing.
Everything was hot and fresh, and exactly what I expect from Sonic. Unfortunately, the experience was really brought down by the carhop service.
The carhop who served us i don't remember her name but she was a mixed female with brown hair.
She was very rude, my wife even said she made a rude face towards her. She did not smile or exchange any words besides our total with us at all she simply handed me my food and walked away, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. On top of that, she did not give me the correct change. I didn't notice until I had already made it home, so wasn't able to go back and address it at the time.
While mistakes can happen but combined with the rude attitude doesn't leave much room for compassion and understanding. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the food itself was great and came out quickly. But if it came with better customer service, this location could be much better overall

I should have learned my lesson by now about this particular location. It's been awhile since we have been so thought we would give it another try. Employees taking orders should take time to listen to what you are ordering rather than saying "is that all or anything else" after every other word. Also I have learned to specify sauces during ordering although that still does not matter. They still leave the sauces out. I have also learned to start checking my bag of items before leaving, which I do, but now I guess that means I need to physically unwrap each item from now on and hold everyone else up in the line. If I order a Super Sonic breakfast burrito sub bacon that is not the same thing as "plain sub bacon" nothing in the order was plain, we never said plain to anything, but I get home with an ordered and paid for Super Sonic Burrito that comes with everything (tots, jalapenos, tomato, onions, etc) but guess what was on it instead just bacon, egg, and cheese. There should have been no confusion there but somehow somewhere Mr. Connor got confused. Can't blame the kitchen for this mistake. Maybe if he was listening rather than trying to rush us ordering he may have gotten it right. Our fries also seemed to either be old or double dipped. Connor along with some others need some additional training. This was our last time going here. We will drive 20 min out of the way from now on to get better food and better service.
