  The people here are extremely nice but this is the second time coming and ordering a chili dog to get home and find it burnt. They also hid that it was burnt by turning it over . It happened the first time and we decided to give it another chance with it being a diff time of day and crew . Well burnt dog number 2. I also ordered a burger with no cheese and there’s cheese on here and the burger is cold for some reason. We won’t come back . I don’t like throwing food or money away.

  @SONIC, y'all need some catching up to do. Virtually every Sonic has lost its values since the 2000's. I STRONGLY advise y'all to grab your things, leave your office desk, and come to this location to learn a thing or two from these 6 kids. The footlong cheese coney? 5-stars and on point! The cherry limeade? 5-stars and on point! The French fries? I don't even have the words to say...these are the best funnel cake flavored fries I've ever tasted! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the best part? I didn't leave without ketchup, even though I ALWAYS forget to ask. Why? Because unlike 99% of all fast food chains that don't ask or add it to the bag, I didn't have to ask. To make it so unbearable, they even walked over to personally hand me my drink once it was ready and my food once that too was done. Seriously though, Sonic, your 99.9999% of other locations need to do some training with these kids. Don't be a Crackle Barrel 2.0 because you are loosing touch of customer service and tradition. Y'all got rid of the skates instead of making it optional, you are making cheese coneys like it's the Hunger Games, theres no consistency with the signature cherry limeade, and now I see you are removing the red trays that you once placed on my window for a blue tray that looks nothing like the original red. Well guess what Sonic, this location just set the bar for ALL Sonic locations. I hope you, and I sat this sincerely, visit and learn from these kids that are bringing back my childhood fav Sonic I once loved! Shoot, I forgot to mention, I strongly urge you to commend whoever made my food and drink. Transaction was around 5:20PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. I have no receipt.

  I didn’t catch her name but lady at the counter on 2/28/26 at 2:50 was absolutely the sweetest. Made sure food was fresh and went above and beyond to make the kids day

  I rarely stop for a drink while driving. I traveled to Birmingham 5 times this week from North Alabama. The first time I stopped I ordered a cold coffee drink and the window attendant made me smile so the next evening I decided to stop there again. This stop was filled with laughter. I knew that I wanted to stop one more time before my trips back and forth to Birmingham ended on Friday. I learned the names of the two Sonic employees. I want to thank Christine and Brianna for making these long trips easier with their rich laughter and friendly customer service.
