They were busy, however, it seemed like they were showing the pizza was in the oven before they had prepared the pizza. I am ok with a 50 minute wait if I know it is 50 minutes versus 15 minutes like the app stated. There were lots of unhappy customers waiting for their food.

No paper plates or napkins. Unlikely that we will return there anytime in the near future. The low service score was not due to the staff, actually they were prompt and friendly. It is due to the no paper products and charging for Parmesan or red pepper packets.
