  Enjoyed our visit to the Hartselle Jefferson's. Greeted at the door as soon as we walked in, and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Caroline. We never had to ask for drink refills, and our food came to the table hot and fresh. We ordered loaded cheese fries and buffalo mac and cheese.

  The food was good but the service was terrible, waiter did not finish waiting on everyone at the table because she forgot to ask someone what they wanted, we had to wait 20 minutes to get straws for our drinks. I was going to tip but then when the waiter gave us our change she said "sorry we had to round down" and I didnt even get all my change? What kind of place does that? Why cant I have my change back? That's just robbery with extra steps. So I decided since I cant have all my change I should probly save the money I would have used to tip. I will not be coming back here, dont pay with a $100 because if the food was $80 they will just take the extra $20 to "round down".

  Service was awesome.my daughter ordered double dipped wings to get them crispier and that didn't happen..my food was good .. just make sure they double dip the wings

  We were seated right away and got our drinks quickly, and our waitress was great at first. However, once our food was delivered by someone else, we didn’t see her again until 10–15 minutes after we were finished eating. We also never received drink refills and I ended up helping myself to a bottle of mayo from another table. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered a burger with fries — the burger was extremely salty and basically inedible, and the fries were only room temperature. My husband had the chicken Caesar salad; the chicken itself was good, but the lettuce was soggy and browning. A salad should have some crunch, but this one just hung off the fork like spaghetti.

  First time dining at Jefferson's and we really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Wings and Fried mushrooms were really good and service was great. We will definitely be back.
