    My pizza was 2 hours late..i called and waited on hold.The worker taking calls on 08/28/25 around 7 pm, hung up on me 3 times. This kid needs to be fired. I won't tolerate a little temper tantrum and phone slamming. Do your job or quit.

    Every time I call this store nobody answers the phone and when I pull up to make a order every employee is outside smoking and in their cigarette and not doing their job at all and the store was awful

    They don't pick up the phone. I had to drive to the store. While I was in the store they had down time so I called the store again. Employees just stood around and nobody answered the phone. Food was good but I can't place my order online because it's a custom order and there's no online option for it. Very upset, worked for Domino's for 15 years and of I didn't answer the phone I would have been in trouble. They need to get their act together.

    This is my favorite place to eat in hartselle! Idk why they only have 3 stars. Ive order a couple dozen times for delivery and the foods always super fresh and they always get my delivery here in less than 20 mins after ordering! And the drivers are always super friendly. My pitbull Dolly loves to see them pulling up in our driveway! Recommended 10/10 ❤️❤️
