  Clean store, comfortable seating, and clean restrooms. No wait for us at lunch. The self serve drink area was clean and stocked.

  I get its the holidays and this may be a slower location, but shutting down the lobby at 8pm is kinda crazy, drink machines tasted like bad chemicals ( now have a lingering nasty flavor in my mouth) my favorite sandwich was Luke warm at best. The whole place said it was clean was extremely sticky, I barely ate what was decent and left promptly, wont be returning to this location.

  We ordered food and found hair in our food, we went back a month later and all the food was old. We will never go back, to Hartselle Al Arby's.

  I’ll start with “I love Arby’s roast beef sandwiches”. My wife & I decided to try the new steak nuggets. My expectations were high given my past positive experiences with the roast beef. But I have to say this was the worst steak I have ever put in my mouth. My first bite was nothing but a camouflaged nugget of fat. It looked like the other nuggets but it was fat, 100% fat. The second nugget was lean meat but extremely dry. The third nugget was a mixture of lean meat & gristle. All the nuggets (a total of nine) were dry & dark leading me to think they may have been more than 24 hours old out of a microwave. My mouth & gums was sore after this meal from the chewing it took. We got two steak nugget cups, two potato cakes & two sodas. The total was $30.06 for two meals. Ouch! Let me save you time & money: DO NOT buy the steak nuggets. The potato cakes were good. The sodas were ok. The steak was bad, the worst!
