Someone should tell them they are a pizza place. As employees you take orders and you actually need to make pizzas. Headed off to Dominos after our refund. Lesson learned.

- JBJanessa BryanSep 28, 20251.0I had placed a delivery order around 5:35 today. I had my phone sitting right beside me and put my dogs up anticipating the delivery. When it never showed up after about an hour I checked to see if I had any missed calls or emails. Nothing! There was also no longer an order history to track on the app. It was there before! It wasn’t until my bank app updated that I noticed they had refunded my order and I put two and two together! It would have been nice for someone to have told me instead of us waiting on absolutely nothing. Why even have the option to deliver if you aren’t going to do it or even tell the customer you are not planning on fulfilling the order??
