  This place has gone severely downhill. Won't be attempting to order from this location ever again. Maybe when ownership or management changes over I will try again, but for now it not going to happen.

  Ordered a hand tossed pizza. It seems they are thinning out how much dough goes into a large pizza. This one is paper thin. I didnt order a thin crust pizza.

  Everytime I call at night they never answer. Ive had many problems with this place in the past about them not answering and messing up my orders. Or delivering an order and sitting it on the ground and not telling me that they had brought my food to the place where I work and sat it on the ground. All I got out of that situation was half off my order and it remade. They are worthless when it comes to deliveries for people at work. Calling tonight reminded me why I aint tried to call them for pizza in a few months.

  I order for delivery frequently. So far, I've only had one incorrect order and they offered a coupon. While I wasn't thrilled with the pizza we got, I was okay with the effort to make things right. Thank you Hanceville Domino's Pizza!

  I don’t understand why on the website it says it’s ready and you get to the store and they are like you have 30 more minutes to wait, on the app and everything it says it’s done. I only have an issue with the one in hanceville. Wasting time.
