  They always work very hard and very quickly. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I've never had a drink be incorrect, and if they are out of something, they always suggest a replacement.

  I should have looked at the rating before spending my money. Too many times to count, this particular Dunkin has ran out of donuts before the clock even hit 10am, and it wasn't a weekend. They never have anything left, and the workers are not apologetic or kind about it at all. Just now, like 4pm now, I went in for an iced coffee and munchkins thru my app. As expected,they were all out of my munkins, and the employee gave me 2 glazed donuts to replace a 10ct munchkin order. These 2 donuts are so small and are not even remotely equivalent, so I waited for her to get back to the window so I could get my money back, but she never came back. This place has gone down hill since opening, and I am officially done. Starbucks, Shipley's, and even Walmart bakery will get my money before they do again. And the iced coffee is super watered down, but that's a whole other post.

  I wish there was an option for Less than a star. I give the girl credit for working by herself. But I stopped going here for years because it was terrible. Nothing has changed. Coffee is still completely disappointing. Highly don’t recommend

  Last time I went to this location the service was absolutely terrible. They didn’t know any of their drinks. This time it was much better and the drinks tasted very good.

  Short staffed and employees were arguing. They did not thank us and just handed the coffee to us. It looked like a manager was standing around the corner in the front talking on her phone the whole time. This was on Saturday, December 6, 2025 around 10:10 am. All said and done, leaving staff so short handed I blame on the manager. We are from out of town but come to Owens Cross Roads often. We have never been disappointed with any establishment there until Dunkin Donuts. The Peppermint Mocha signature latte was terrible. It was lukewarm warm and had a strange taste. One person started the order and another finished it. The girl who was working drive thru is the one who was arguing with the other employee. She was also the one who was rude when handing us our order. The other girl wasn’t rude but seemed very stressed out.
