  Came to Hamilton for my first time from California to visit my best friend. This was the worst Mcdonald's experience I've ever had. We've both worked for Mcdonald's for 7 years each and the service at this location is absolute garbage. I ordered a mocha frappe with an added shot and she ordered the same thing but caramel. Our food came out and her order was missing a sandwich, no apology. I had to go back 3x to ask about our frappes after it had been 20 minutes with no drinks. The second time they gave me a frappe with added caramel shots?? The 3rd time I went back to the counter i stood there and said "excuse me" several times to the employees and they ignored me. Then a girl comes out of the bathroom and says they made the frappes but never gave them to us?????? What is going on with your service here, step it up! Won't be coming back.

  Well let me tell you this I don't really eat breakfast so I went to McDonald's in hamilton Alabama the only one here and ill tell you my biscuit was like a rock and it was 730 in the morning so they should have been soft nope I could throw it thru my wall in my house something needs to be done with these ppl that don't like or even do their jobs the blond girl at the windows acted like she was lost gave me my bag and looked at me like you need something else yes my large coffee you haven't givin me yet I thought that they got new owner's well it seems they need to be around more to check on thier employees
