Every morning when I take my daughter to school I pass by here and I've never decided to brave the line thats always out to the road. Today I REALLY wanted a biscuit so I decided to try. I sat in line for almost 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker. Now I know why the line is always out to the road. Its like they take one person's order and get them completely out of the drive thru before taking another order. When I finally did get to the speaker and still had to wait for someone to take my order, I was told they couldn't make biscuits. I've waited all this time and you can't even make a biscuit??? Also, anytime I've been at lunch/dinner, something is ALWAYS messed up with my order. Whether its items missing or just not made right. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I'll never be back.

In the last 10 time I've been there, 6 times had to go back cuz they forgot something. This time it was chicken nuggets.
