- SRSuprina RayburnNov 17, 20251.0I went through drive thru this morning and ordered my food as normal sat in line for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to pay for my food and as I get up to the window I get told that the card reader was down and had been down all morning and that she prefer you to pay in cash because there was nothing she could do. If I was the one taking the order I would have said hi! Welcome to McDonalds before you order I need to inform you that our card readers are currently not working at the moment. We are only taking cash at the time sorry for the inconvenience. But, no she decides to wait till I get to the window after me waiting atleast 20 minutes in line to tell me... DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!!!

In the last 10 time I've been there, 6 times had to go back cuz they forgot something. This time it was chicken nuggets.

She said they was short staff but that’s just absolutely ridiculous! We did a mobile order but we ended up canceling. This is why I don’t eat McDonald’s, but it was my for husband.
