Even when it is correct the food tastes like it was made at opening and sat there for hours. Last time I came to this location my order was messed up. I spoke to a manager and he said that I could come get my money back or get a replacement on the food. I just now made it to Taco Bell today and the manager had an attitude for some reason. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years. Since when does the manager have a right to get an attitude with a customer when your restaurant is the one who messed up my order?! I didn't come in there with an attitude and it took everything in me not to say something to this guy but I refuse to embarrass myself in a Taco Bell. I've looked at other reviews and it seems like I'm not the only person who thinks this store sucks. I live in Guntersville near Arab so I'll just go to Arab Taco Bell or Albertville Taco Bell from now on. I don't even know how this place stays in business. They have no customers but they have so much food just sitting there. You have no rush. You have hardly any customers. Why do you have all this food ready and just sitting here dying?!
