The associate refused and said he would stick my wife's pizza under a heat lamp. While I understand people make mistakes, the correct fix for this mistake was to remake both so my wife didn't have to eat a pizza sitting under a heat lamp an additional 10-15 mins. Domino's in particular makes a lot of mistakes when I order either from this location or Arab. Why offer customized pizza when the workers are just going to make it the way they want ? Why refuse to remake the whole order ? I honestly should have just cancelled and got a refund and if I wasn't on the way home from work, I probably would have.. ..Oh and the remade pizza wasn't right either. They cut it right 2nd time but it didn't have extra sauce, I don't think it had regular sauce it was very dry.. If I ever go back to this location and my order is wrong I will just get the refund... So tired of crappy service everywhere..
