  They literally just made us back up at drive thru to reset their timer. Either give them reasonable times or make them give us our food in time. Management needs to know they’re gaming your policies.

  went through the drive thru...lady was so nice..got the meat and 3 special...took it home...food was excellent and very nourishing...very satisfying if I could give 10 stars I would

  The last time I will go to the Arby's at the Albertville location I have had so many bad experiences but I thought I would give it one more try since they were giving me $5 off of my entire order I placed a mobile order when I got there the drink was wrong they weren't willing to fix it and then the drink that they give me tasted like pure carbon water My food was cold otherwise the order was right The only good thing that I can say is the girl at the window was very nice

  Worst experience today. I placed a mobile order to be picked up between 11:40 and 11:50. I picked up at 11:47. My milkshake was melted and my food was cold. Wrong sauce in the bag. Doubt I’ll be back.
