  Judging by what other have commented, I'm guessing I likely should have gotten the seafood dishes and not the traditional Asian dishes. Had the hibachi and it was some of the worst hibachi-styled food that I think I have ever eaten. The chicken was cheap and bland with a weird flavoring. The rice was not flavored well either and it was not fried rice from what I could tell. The sushi was also just not good. Whoever is cooking the hibachi-styled food needs to go back to school to learn how to cook. There is no way that the meats served were fried on a hibachi grill. Would not recommend for hibachi styled meals.

  This is literally the only restaurant in Gulf Shores that I actually like!! We eat here multiple times whenever we come down. The food is delicious, the service is awesome, and it’s just about the only place that doesn’t take an hour+ to get into during busy season. Much better than all the tourist traps and no one throws rolls at you! 😜

  Great experience! This was our third time here and the service was as amazing and consistent as ever. We had a large party of 21 & they quickly sat us & got our food out. Our waitress Katrina was THEEE BEST! She was attentive and quick on her feet. She had someone & shadowing her but she didn't let that slow her down. The food was delicious and the ambiance was beautiful. We sat in the big boat. We will definitely stop back through when visiting the area again!

  Monday this would've been 5 stars but we visited again today and service wasn't as great. The food was fantastic. I think between both visits we tried about 6 different sushi rolls, all phenomenal. Today tried the Wednesday Special which was supposed to be Sausage, Crab & Shrimp. We received crayfish instead of sausage. Okay, that took us longer than it should've to realize but waitress kind of just acted clueless like nothing could be done. Not to mention she disappeared for 15 minutes after food was brought out and we couldn't even ask about that, the missing fries, or the desire to order another sushi roll. For how expensive the check was, I kind of expect more prompt service and accuracy. Spent $123 not including tip.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I had to ask for silverware three times and still never received any—I ended up using a soup spoon instead. Only half of our food arrived, and the staff kept blaming the kitchen without resolving anything. We couldn’t even get our drinks in a timely manner, including something as simple as cold sake. To their credit, they did comp the meal, but by that point I just wanted to leave. The sushi itself was good, but the service was extremely poor and overshadowed everything else. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
