    Came for the AYCE holiday event. My partner and I were excited for the deal and looking forward to trying the boil bags. The service was atrocious(and that’s just being nice). I ordered a drink and it never came whilst a new table belonging to the same server proceeded to get their drinks. She never checked on us again after taking our order and then ignored us again for 15 minutes after asking for the check. The restaurant was not busy enough for a server with zero motivation and personality. Highly disappointed. Wish I could give service zero stars.

    4 of us went for the all u can eat , when my husband asked for a 3rd portion of the crab, he was denied, the waitress said she was told by management to tell him there is a 2 hour minimum, we weren't there but about a hour and 20 minutes, there were signs all over, saying if you waisted food, they would charge extra, the menu posted around as well, no where did it say anything about a time limit or that they can cut you off. The worse part, is that poor waitress could have lost her tip, because, she was sent over to tell us this. We tipped her well, knowing this wasn't her fault. Shame on management for this. The food was great! But dont offer all u can eat, if your going to treat your guests this way. By the way, we saw 2 other tables have more crab than we did.

    Came down there with my family from Florida for Christmas and I had an amazing time here, The Margaritas were great, the staff was friendly especially my waitress, I don’t remember her name but she was pretty and had blue/purple hair, she was great at her job she almost made me fall in love with her and I can’t wait to see her again soon, the food was absolutely delicious and the sushi was great too! My complaint; The Taylor Swift Music. It’s too loud, makes it harder to talk to my folks and the waitress. I also witnessed some Asian guy yelling at my waitress while she was taking tables and she looked like she was about to cry, Shame on that man for yelling at a woman in front of customers!

    Our Waitress Kaissey? Did such a horrible job, we waited for such a long time for her to come to our table, There was this one waitress which we loved and she made up for the mistakes our original waitress made, she had blue and black hair, she was Amazing, she attended to us better than our first waitress, The food was absolutely delicious, the sushi was lovely, The Teriyaki Steak was Juicy, We will be coming back only if the blue haired waitress is there to serve us, I do have a complaint besides the waitress was the music, too loud

    Went for the AYCE special. The main problem is the service was really bad. Our waitress wasn't performing well. She apologized but things didn't get better. First of all it took like 40 minutes for our first order to come out including the salads and soups. No appetizers first? Why? During that time she never came to the table. Other people all around us seated afterwards were getting their food, whole meals, so it didn't seem to be the kitchen. When it did come out she practically threw it on the table and ran away. No asking if we needed anything or chance to put in more food. Then when we finally did put in another round it was another 40 minutes wait with no service. No water refills. So bad another waitress asked us if we needed help because we were spending so much time sitting there at an empty table. My second complaint is the crab DEFINITELY tasted like ammonia, some of the pieces. I ate it anyway and didn't get sick but the internet said I shouldn't eat it and it could give me food poisoning and the restaurant should be alerted. So $100+ to spend most of two hours waiting for just two rounds of slighly rotten crab isn't great. I just am not rating it lower because it was all cooked and flavored well with decent portions on sushi and sides.
