  I don't usually leave such a negative review to food service. However, the service inside this McDonald's is absolutely horrible. We waited for 15 min while 3 employees completely ignored us. Then one of them looked at us and snapped "What do you want?" very hateful tone. We asked for 2 small coffees and she walked away completely ignoring us. Not acceptable.

  Literally so sick of coming here and leaving disappointed…the only reason I come back is bc it’s convenient but I’ve decided to opt in for BK from here on out. I paid extra money for Mac sauce and they forgot it, they also didn’t put our fries in the bag. We had to wait at the window for like 7 mins; there a were people the other day that literally left bc they were tired of waiting. This place lacks mgmt, the wait is always ridiculous and the managers are 2 old ladies, a white lady and black lady, the white lady is atleast friendly she’s just so slow. The black lady is so rude, I’ve heard her curse at her employees while customers were at the counter. Literally so ridiculous. McDonald’s, DO BETTER.

  Unfortunately, my kids want to frequent McDonald’s but every time we come to this specific one we sit and drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes. Six or seven of those minutes, we waste at the speaker where no one asks for our order then we finally order and sit in drive-through for another 10 minutes. The workers are always so dismissive and could care less. We’ve even tried going inside and that’s a whole different story.

  Level of incompetency is unbelievable. Sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes trapped in because of their 2 lane drive through. Got to the speaker just to be yelled at to wait by some ignorant rude drive through worker. Waiting another 10 minutes. Ordered. And was given someone else’s order. Personally I would never come here again. Not trashing all McDonald’s. But DEFINITELY the one in gulf shores Alabama.

  Only reason I’m putting a one star is cause you have to to write a review. The lady acts like the sauce comes out of her paycheck for one EVEN WHEN YOU TRY TO PAY FOR THEM SHE WONT GIVE THEM TO YOU AFTER SPENDING 50$ AND THEY GIVE YOU 2 SAUCES FOR 40 CHICKEN NUGGETS for two She always has an attitude, no matter how nice you are to her. She obviously does not like her job and needs to find another one. Customer service obviously isn’t for her.
