The line moved along slowly so that when we got to the window it was 10:30 and they said they wouldn't process our order that was already in and paid for. We then went inside to be told the hash browns we could see sitting on the counter we're going to be thrown in the trash. Great policy. Were experiencing a food shortage? Sure. Now the owner would like me to spend more time on this and leave feedback at mcdonalds.com as if they aren't aware of the problem.

I went to the McDonald's for my children because we were leaving town after a relaxing weekend and basketball tournament. My children have no issues with food, but I have severe allergies. I asked for 4 patties informed them that I have severe allergies and asked that there be no cross contamination. I was not welcomed at the windows, the cashier was rude and her as well as her person assisting kept laughing and playing. No greeting, no nothing, so when they gave us our food, the two young ladies actually said hurry up and give it to her and laughed. Wo immediately I was very weary of trying the burgers. They cross contaminated, luckily I brought my meds to stop the reaction because we were 7 hours away from home. By far the worst experience that could have been detrimental to my children and I. If you have allergies, PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANNOT RESCUE YOURSELF FROM ANAPHYLAXIS!!

When I got inside there were at at least 6 people ahead of me plus a full drive through. Even with placing a mobile order ahead of time, letting them know I was there, it took about 30 mins to get my order. Not sure if they were short staffed, the people I saw behind the counter were running around working hard it seemed.
