- MLMichealla LoftinNov 9, 20251.0How embarrassing to have a resturant that forces you to take 5x as long ordering on a kiosk while we watched 3 workers playing while we waited for help just to be treated like it's an inconvienience for assistance 🙄 I wish the customer service area had a zero star rating because there isn't any customer service... you serve yourself and still pay the same pricing while the company takes jobs away and no one here can learn customer service when they don't have to interact with them. This was the coldest resturant due to everything being automated. Highly do not reccomend. You order on a screen and they yell your name... too lazy to even walk 15 ft to deliver your food to your table. I mean at least give customers an employee discount for doing the work. We even had to clean our own tables because the place was filthy.
