    I repeated my order 3 times. Absolutely nothing was right except the tots. Plain tots are kind of hard to mess up. The person that I paid barely spoke to me. I have been in a couple years and after this I won't be back

    Waited 25 minutes for our food, and drinks were wrong. I've waited an additional 10 minutes for the drinks. We also didn't get sauce, and was told it might take another 10 minutes to get those. The hop is super unfriendly. Not a great experience when you just want decent food and to get back on the road.

    Me and my husband came through the drive thru and Tykersha took our order. When we got to the window she made sure she repeated our order just to make sure it was correct. She made sure she gave us our straws and she was just sure a delightful person. She has some of the best customer service I have experience in a while. The food was hot and our order was done pretty quickly. When we are on 65 we will always stop there.

    The burger had a mountain of mustard. It got everywhere and whole sandwich was just mustard. The app also deleted half my order again. Staff was nice though.

    No one answers the phone at Sonic. Door dash just brought an ice coffee that must have I’ve one cup of sugar in it.
