Store number 6405 we passed thru here on the way home traveling. This place was awful. Bad fighting atmosphere, the manager was in an upset mood, the food was nasty and old, the workers were in a bad mood, long wait time even with no customers . Very bad place to go to. Idkhow they are still open.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was quite literally the worst service I have ever received. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t expect quality service from an Arby’s but this was just down right terrible. I was passing through from vacation and stopped here to eat. I haven’t had Arby’s in years and remembered a chicken salad sandwich they used to have. I asked the cashier about it and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything. Then once we got our food we realized that they were out of napkins in the dispenser. I went to the front and stood there and there was another man behind me. The cashier had started half way cleaning, but really looking at her phone. It was a total of 5 minutes before she came up to the counter to assist me and had to be prompted by the employees in the back. I asked her for some napkins and was again given another eye roll as she handed me some. The food was fine and everything was okay except for cashier. It’s one thing to indifferent but a whole different thing to be downright rude. Her name was Aaliyah

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The service was very slow even though it wasn’t especially busy. There was also a loud person loitering in the corner the entire time, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and not very family-friendly. I understand things happen, but it would have been nice if staff had been more attentive both to the wait time and the dining environment. Hoping for a better experience next time.

It was ok, but I did not get what I ordered. Granted, it was spring break, and they were busy, but still, I'm paying for 1 thing, and getting another.
