  Rude drive thru personnel. Website and the photo on the photo on the window said midnigh and they said they were closing soon... It was only 11pm. She said she wouldn't do two orders, only one because of that. When asked what was on a burger she was rude. Didn't get a receipt with my order and when i asked for salt, they acted like it was a bother. This is the only one between my work and my home. I normally like Wendys but I'll be heck if i stop there again with the rude associates and lying about the hours when they are posted!! Poor management!!! One burger was a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger WHICH SHOULD HAVE LETTUCE, TOMATO AND MAYONNAISE!! NOPE. DIDN'T!! THE FRIES WERE COLD AND TASTELESS. The other was a Son of Boconator. One little piece of bacon that was broken into put on it. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been in and I will not, absolutely not ever stop here again. Personally if it closed down it would not bother me. This is not the first time that I have been to this Wendy's and been told they were closing at 10:30 or 11 and it's just stupid. The sign is posted that they are closing at midnight and there's never any other signage. I think their manager just decides to close whenever she wants to. Bad management! Horrible management.

  Suppose to stay open till midnight and doesn’t want to take two separate orders for people who get off work late. The photo of times in drive - thru even says midnight!!

  Worse Wendy's I have ever been at. The staff where all on their phones, the person who took our order looked like he was homeless, with a hoodie that was ripped and had holes in it, and no Wendy's uniform. The place was empty and needed cleaning had to clean the tables to sit. There where left over food/trash from previous customers on some tables.

  I had a positive, review-worthy experience here last night. Jimesha took my order through the speaker about an hour before closing. Her voice was friendly and warm, even though I’m sure she had to be tired. What stood out the most was how uplifting she was at the window. I watched her multitask - taking orders and organizing drinks and food for the customers behind me - all while giving me a much needed pep talk on positive thinking. As more cars pulled in and closing time got closer, she never stopped smiling. I came to Wendy’s feeling physically exhausted and mentally drained, but that brief interaction with Jimesha left me feeling encouraged and in a much better mood. The food was great, but the service was priceless. What should have been a simple fast food stop turned into an absolute blessing because one employee went above and beyond her job description. Thank you, Jimesha, for your kindness and wisdom.
