  I’m not one to leave reviews, but the customer service here is God AWFUL. Started off fine. I ordered my food on the kiosk, once i ordered it, i will say it took a while but i understand that. Once she called my order out she basically threw down my bag? Oh ok. I went to sit my food down and go grab a drink. All the soda bibs were flat..oh ok.. so I go to get tea, ITS EMPTY. So I went with the flat Fanta. Afterwords I noticed that after I paid for the sauce, they didn’t give me Any. I thought it’d probably just a honest mistake. I go stand by the counter to ask for some, the same woman who threw down my bag, made eye contact with me many times, walking past me. Once she came up to me she said “what” I was like “oh I just needed some ranch and hot hon-“ she cut me off saying there is a charge. I said I paid on my order, she walks away and ROLLS HER EYES AT ME. She threw down mustard and said here. Walking away before I could say anything. I work in customer service. This is terrible. Like girl don’t play with me rn. Every McDonald’s I’ve ever went to must just hire the lowest grade employees.

  Had a quick mobile order tonight and kid at first window wasn’t bad to talk to just acknowledged me and gave me my receipt and that was that but the second window the young black lady with glasses looked at me no word made a stank face like I was bothersome or something just for pulling up to get my food.

  Yeah the attitudes from the drive thru workers is beyond INSANE. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, or even, if you don’t like being friendly then DONT WORK FAST FOOD. Simple as that. A simple your welcome or smile isn’t hard even if you have a bad attitude. I had a worker at the second drive through give me my food and as I’m saying thank you she didn’t even give a smile or a “your welcome” just closed the door in my face. DIABOLICAL also, if yall rotate depending on hours it was the NIGHT SHIFT workers like you’ve been chilling all day what are you mad for?
