  Horrible experience to start out. The youth are not too familiar with customer service and problem resolution. I did (however) give them 4 stars due to my follow up experience with Brandon (the manager). I would advise to check your entire order prior to leaving this location.

  STOP leaving off sauces every time I order here. No one wants mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce. EVERY single time. This is an entry level job for high schoolers. And the grown employees can’t figure it out.

  Heartless workers here. When you're in a financial pit having to care for a parent about to pass of cancer and they refuse any sort of accommodation because I didnt have all the money in one payment format. Then the monster of a cashier lady chuckling at me when explaining the situation of my parent who is about to die. Dont support this establishment.

  Staff yells at dashers for going to the stalls to pick up a order instead of drive thru and it’s doesn’t say in the app where to go to pick up order
