We recently moved to a new community in Gardendale that isn't quite on some of the GPS maps yet, which led to a bit of a delivery mix-up with our first order. While the food was barely warm by the time it found us, the management was great about staying in touch throughout the process. Tonight, we decided to try again and I spoke with Chandler. He was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to our previous experience. He checked with the manager, Kristen, who generously offered to redo our entire order to make things right. The customer service here is beyond phenomenal. It’s rare to find a team so committed to excellence and neighborly kindness. HUGE THANKS to Chandler and Kristen for making us feel welcome in our new home! We can’t forget Joy (our driver) she really stole the show. She helped the store on the first delivery figure out exactly where we are located! Her professionalism and warm personality were the icing on the cake. THANK YOU JOY!!! You all are the BEST🥰🥰

If I wasn’t severely intolerant to cheese then it would not be a problem, but I am. Today once again here comes my pizza not one cheese but a cheese blend also. After calling Dominoes (Gardendale) the rep states that I needed to use THEIR app instead of ordering from Uber Eats. Well, that’s strange because when ordering food from other businesses it’s no problems.. Ever! There was not any attempt to rectify my lost funds for an inedible meal! I don’t trust a company that doesn’t put their clients first. Every one should venture elsewhere for proper service.
