  This was our first time trying Chicken Guy and we really enjoyed it. Service was friendly and quick and the food was wonderful. Loved the fries! I got a BLAT and my husband got the Mac n Cheese Buffalo Sandwich. Both were great. We will definitely be back.

  Me and my family LOVEEE chicken Guy!! We eat here at least 2-3 times a week! The staff is very nice and friendly . The manager Carlos is always nice and always greets me and my family and others when we come into the store ! My food is always hot and delicious. Carlos and his crew always checks on us people in the lobby and makes sure we're good and our food is good . We appreciate the great hospitality and service!

  Dont listen to the negative reviews they have great customer food was fresh and hot and you get a lot of food i hardly get full from fast food but man i am loaded come try it for yourself!

  We were very excited about going to this place because of all the hype about it, but finally getting to go there was a big disappointment. The cashier acted like she really didn't want to be there and forgot that we ordered two drinks (and we had just ordered it). The chicken sandwich was really dry but the fries tasted good. Probably been better if we had gone to a different fast food joint but it gave us a new place to try out, just won't be going back. Left there feeling disappointed 😞.

  Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Being in the Walmart, there are no parking issues. Just walked up and had my food very quickly! Chicken tenders were amazing, and the chicken egg rolls are the best thing on the menu! Highly recommend it for anyone in the Gardendale, or surrounding areas!
