The woman who was working the front register around lunchtime today had a very unpleasant attitude! She was downright rude, bossy, being a smartelic, acting snappy to her fellow co-workers, wouldn't give us costumers a chance to order without repeatedly butting in, etc. If I hadn't been there to eat lunch with my family... I would have walked out, and went elsewhere. The food was made extremely sloppy! Fries were overcooked, and majority of the drinks tasted like carbonated water! And lastly it's extremely unprofessional for her to be arguing and hateful with her coworkers while customers are trying to place orders.

I visit about 4 times a week with my grandkids drive thru. But, I also meet clients there. Yesterday it was so cold inside my clients and I were shaking. One client went to the car while the other client finished signing her papers. Went to get them coffee and guess what they don't sell coffee. Unbelievable. My husband and I used to go to Arby's every Thursday night for our dinner and enjoyed the coffee afterwards. What's up with that?

Haven't came here too eat a meal in years, but I am happy I did. The food was delicious and freshly prepared and hot. The macaroni was so good, I will definitely come back.
