- ASAdrian Sandlin6 days ago2.0This dunkin was amazing and then suddenly not. Takes so long to get food and drink. Staff acts like it’s a burden that you have pulled up. I went this morning for an ice coffee and loaded hasbrown, I had a coupon in the mail for a VIP coffee card ($2 medium hot or iced coffee) once a day till June something 2026. I hand it to the lady she rings me up and I never got the card back. I was asked to pull forward which is no big deal, I get my food and I asked about my drink, they never made my drink and had no clue what I ordered to them had to give them my recipe to show them what I ordered.

All they would take is drive thru orders and kept walking right by us. They finally came over and took the order of the person in front of me then walked away and left me standing there for another 10 minutes. Very crappy service

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra coffee base and this is what he gave me… he was so rude and so was all the other ladies in there. If I could give negative stars I would. Reminds me of the difference between Walmart and target.
