  Typically I love this Chiptole so we drove out of our way to go to it instead of downtown, but tonight it was disgusting! There was food everywhere. Contents from one container spilled over into the others and all over the countertop. The containers housing the food were very clearly old and not kept at the appropriate temp. They were out of everything beans, lettuce, tomatilla sauce, some meats. The employee was scraping the sides and passing out bowls as is instead of replacing the items. The restaurant also smelled weird which was the icing on the cake.

  Restaurant was clean and the wait was short maybe 10 minutes. The food was good very consistent.

  This could be amazing but when you order inside, they put the hot rice, beans, protein & queso on, then the dish sits & waits too long for the cold toppings. I hate cold queso. Our chicken & rice was cold... & we ate there. Idk why their trays are soaking wet when they put your dish and chips on top. That's pretty gross. The location is great and restrooms were clean. We've had to clean a table to eat every time we've been here.
