    removed majority of the car-pull-ins and staff seemed uninterested in helping when we pulled into the drive through, and refused to elaborate on things they mentioned. so overall, good food good wait time bad staff service. also the machines are awful and you have to scream over the loud speakers for 5 minutes or manually order to get 4 items.

    By far the worst sonic in NE Alabama, I have never had good service, or my food come out correct the first time. I came by here, placed my order on the app like usual, sat in the curbside for over 10 minutes before pressing the button, only for the attendant to say they were only taking drive through orders then turned off the microphone before I could respond…

    I went to the drive through at 10:15 and no one spoke. I drove back around ,again nothing. I went to a stall and pushed the red button, nothing. I waited and pushed the button again. This time a woman practically barked at me that they were drive through only. I went back to the drive through and placed my order for a water with extra cherry and a shot of vanilla. I got to the window to pay and the woman apologized for the wait saying that they didn't open until 10:15. Crazy, because the sign on the drive through said 10:00 as did the website and Google. Now to the drink. I'm glas it wasn't expensive, because it was bad. There was very little flavor and it tasted a bit like just carbonation. Never again will I visit the Sonic in Gadsden.

    I ordered the seasonal peppermint brownie bark shake and they did not put the brownies in it!
