  There is always a problem with this store. I would recommend using the one in Attalla or Hokes Bluff if you want reliable food service.

  If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t. Employees very unprofessional having a smoke out on patio seating. Vulgar language and the food….worst Sonic I have ever had. Definitely won’t be back!

  The lady at speaker was really rude. Then we get to the window a black lady had came from outside and literally stuck her down her shirt in front of the window were me and my wife could see her do this. So we drove off and will not be back.

  removed majority of the car-pull-ins and staff seemed uninterested in helping when we pulled into the drive through, and refused to elaborate on things they mentioned. so overall, good food good wait time bad staff service. also the machines are awful and you have to scream over the loud speakers for 5 minutes or manually order to get 4 items.

  By far the worst sonic in NE Alabama, I have never had good service, or my food come out correct the first time. I came by here, placed my order on the app like usual, sat in the curbside for over 10 minutes before pressing the button, only for the attendant to say they were only taking drive through orders then turned off the microphone before I could respond…
