  I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. It was already placed ahead of time getting there, by a good 20 minutes. After telling the lady at the speaker about the mobile order, she told me to pull to second window. Another lady at the window told me that Icwould have to pull up to parking because they werw waiting on the fries. I asked how long it was going to be and she replied it should be about 3 minutes. I proceeded to pull forward and wait. I noticed that they were 4 other cars that was also parked. I watched time go by and no one was getting there orders. After about 11 minutes I walked in with my receipt. The manager says hello as shes bagging things. When she noticed that i was still standing at the pick up spot she asked if i need something. I told her that I got parked for my food and I came in to get it.(This whole time my order was sitting on the go out tray.) She was still bagging orders and said that they were about to head out with the food, which order was mine? I said the first one right there on the tray. She proceeds to start putting my drinks in a carrier. I understand completely about trying to get multiple orders out at once, but thats the whole reason we placed a mobile order was to ensure it would be ready and didn't know we were going to wait on others orders as well.

  No soap in the bathrooms. How are employee's supposed to wash their hands while handling customers food. That's pretty gross.
